Paul has 25 years of experience working as a professional in the addictions field. He has experience in all aspects of the continuum of care. He achieved his Masters of Business Administration in 2002 from Wilfrid Laurier University. He has worked in residential treatment settings in the non-profit and for profit models. Paul has many years of program development, clinical work and staff supervision.
Presently, Paul is the owner of Recovery Works. He specializes in training, education, and family work.
Paul has been involved with CACCF for many years. Serving on the Board of Directors of CACCF for several years during the 2000s, was a case presentation examiner during that time period when counsellors were required to pass an oral presentation exam, the new President of the CACCF Ontario branch at present, and finally Paul is a member of the Board of Directors of the CACCF, in which he occupies the role of President.
